Ridglan Release Day 3 | Beagle Freedom Project

Day 3 of the Ridglan Release, 100 beagles have successfully been set free and are on their way to new homes. The release, held on May 13, 2026, marks a major milestone in the Beagle Freedom Project’s mission to give rescued beagles a fresh start. Each pup is carefully monitored as they transition from the farm to their new families, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.

The project thanks its generous donors, rescue partners, volunteers, and Wisconsin collaborators for making this possible. With the support of the Dane County Humane Society, Center for a Humane Economy, Wisconsin Puppy Mill Project, and Wisconsin Federated Humane Societies, the team aims to release 500 beagles this week. The release continues to bring hope to thousands of beagles in need, and the community’s ongoing support ensures these dogs receive medical care, comfort, and a loving forever home.
